CurrentBody CX

In 2020, CurrentBody introduced me to the team as a Senior UX Designer. CurrentBody is one of the first companies to recognise the fast-growing market of beauty tech, with the modern-day innovations allowing manufacturers to create devices that mimic the on-site devices used by professionals in salons, spas, and clinics.

  • To head a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) campaign focusing on ‘user persuasion’ that aimed to change the way people think about at-home beauty.

  • Operating in a nascent market, convincing skeptical audiences to trust the brand, and strategising for international markets.

  • Launching a congruent strategy between Product and Marketing that focuses on improving the perception of the brand and the service, and introducing an agile work style to the entire team for us to all continuously improvement.

  • Hosting frequent feedback sessions with omni-demographic, prospective buyers. Trialing new ways to express the brand and improve on the current offering - particularly flaunting the benefits of the service.
