Footasylum
Footasylum are one of the leading streetwear brands in the UK. In 2019, Footasylum hired me as a Senior UX Designer to streamline the online checkout, modernise the UNLCKD app in tandom with the in-store experience, and make general improvements to the rest of online experience. This role may have started as a UX position, but quickly evolved into a more CX-orientated role.
